Security Guard. Even though she is the sweetest German Shepherd, she knows to protect her yard, home, and the people she loves.

Connecting people to the right opportunities that benefit the candidate and client equally.


What’s one thing that surprised you when you first started working in this industry?
How fast paced and ever changing the industry can be! I learn something new, everyday.


What do you think makes a candidate truly stand out?
A candidate that can demonstrate clear impact through results showing how they create value and drive success.


What’s a value you admire in your coworkers?
Collaboration. Our team of recruiters are excellent at sharing details and helping each other make adjustments so that we can all win


If CS had a mascot, what would it be and why?
I would say a Chameleon because we can adapt and blend into anything offering our core service in recruiting, matching our client’s needs.


What’s something small your teammates do that you really appreciate?
My recruiting teammates are always quick to step in and give fresh perspectives in times where I need it or can always offer some kind of support.
