Be Curious. In all my roles here (and ones I had prior to CS) curiosity has been my constant. There's no better way to grow than asking questions and seeking to understand.
What’s your favorite part about working in recruiting?
It scratches the same itch for me as doing puzzles in my free time. The feeling when you find the perfect fit between a candidate and a role? Can't be beat.
What’s your favorite productivity hack?
If it'll take less than 2 minutes, do it right away. As someone who lives for a clean inbox, this saves me from a backlog of small, procrastinated tasks.
What’s a value you admire in your coworkers?
Innovation: I love hearing from others how they think something could be done better.

What does “winning together” mean to you?
To me it means celebrating with each other, supporting each other through the losses, and not seeing success as a zero-sum game.
