Hands down Halloween! No one is expected to host but all are expected to dress up and embrace being someone other than yourself, let loose and have fun…with lots of candy!!

Pudding Pops, but now I have to make them from scratch because they don’t sell them anymore 🥹. Vanilla chocolate swirl!

Be Curious. Mindset is key, as there’s always something new to explore or improve which has helped me evolve—both personally and professionally.
What motivates you to keep growing in your role?
I’m motivated by the impact I can make on our team, culture, and the business. There’s always a new challenge to solve or a way to do things better, and that keeps me energized and engaged.
What was your career path before recruiting/logistics?
Pre-CS I worked with individuals with disabilities, helping them lead more independent and fulfilling lives. It taught me empathy, advocacy, and meaningful connection.
If you had a personal tagline or mantra, what would it be?
Cards are dealt, make ‘em work!
How do you stay connected with your team in a remote environment?
I love my quarterly catch-ups with every team member. It’s a chance to pause, connect as humans, and hear what’s really going on for them, professionally and personally.
What’s something you’re proud of outside of work?
Being a wife and mom. Watching Tristan grow into his own person is indescribable and I’m so proud of the adventures we go on as a family of three, big and small. Whether we’re exploring a new country or just turning a regular weekend into something fun, those moments mean everything to me.
