Supply Chain & Logistics Recruiter

Seeking team member experienced in recruiting, motivated to deliver top talent for our Logistics & Supply Chain clients. We are looking for a "game-changer" who wants to be part of the ride!

Responsibilities
Simultaneously managing new searches and a talent pipeline across various levels and locations.

• Source, solicit and screen candidates
• Leverage various recruiting resources.

As a young company, we work in a team environment. We all have to get our hands dirty once in a while.

Requirements

• Strong recruiting experience - At least 1 year. We don't require cold calling, but you shouldn't be afraid to pick up the phone.
• Personable, energetic contributor - Ability to identify and engage talent and build professional relationships
• Easily adaptable - Flexibility to work within an ever changing industry while maintaining a positive attitude
• Exceptional computer skills - Google applications, ATS, MS Office, etc.
• Enthusiasm to learn - We aren't your average recruiting agency, don't be afraid to abandon old recruiting stereotypes.
