About You:

The Supply Chain Recruiter is a charismatic connector, hustler and team player. They search for and connect top talent with our clients and create value that extends well beyond the extension of an offer. They partner with Account Managers on the daily, and are experts at things like sourcing, soliciting, screening and communicating. Relationships mean a lot to them—they’re naturally able to talk to and make friends with just about anyone.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop a sourcing strategy to identify talent and build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Solicit and screen candidates fit for open positions.
  • Leverage internal recruiting resources to identify talent.
  • Facilitate the recruiting process—talk to candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview prep and scheduling to feedback, offers and more.
  • Manage and keep candidate records updated and accurate in ATS.
  • Build a robust and dynamic personal brand via networking efforts and rich working relationships.
  • Maintain candidate relationships for future opportunities and always think ahead to the next great match.

  • Ability to identify and engage talent and build professional relationships. Bonus if you’ve already got a network. Adaptability working within an ever-changing industry while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Excellent computer skills—Google suite, ATS, MS Office, etc.
  • Someone with enthusiasm to learn and evolve. We aren't your average recruiting agency—don't be afraid to abandon old recruiting stereotypes or suggest new ideas or ways of doing things!
