What's New in Supply Chain Recruiting?

As Supply Chain Recruiters, we speak with hundreds of Supply Chain professionals on a weekly basis. What we are seeing today is that having a specific skill set is becoming more and more important when it's time to move on from a current employer. With so much new technology and modes of transportation, it's important to have a wide range of skills, but don't forget to continue to try and master certain aspects of the Supply Chain. It's much easier for us as Logistics Recruiters, to get Candidates in front of our clients by being able to highlight a few high-level skills. Those 1-2 mastered skills, can supersede the next 20 on a resume.
