Our client is a third-party logistics provider headquartered in Charlotte, NC. They were founded in 2006 in a bonus room (the South's version of a basement) and have experienced exponential growth. Today, they have over 150 agent offices and 1000 logistics professionals working around the country. Their customers, carriers, and agents are supported by a team of over 100 corporate employees.

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and tenacious individual to join their customer sales team. The primary responsibility of this position is building a book of business and expanding our client’s customer base.

Responsibilities:
- Use CRM to identify, call, and track prospects.
- Effectively maintain a pipeline to generate revenue to meet or exceed goals and expectations.
- Be the first point of contact for a new account.
- Transition accounts, once booked, to Account Managers.
- Understand market trends and conditions to offer competitive solutions to customers.
- Additional responsibilities as needed.
Experience:
- 5+ years of logistics customer sales experience required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Confident decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
