Telematics Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, our client is counting on you to lead their sales team to reach ambitious acquisition and revenue goals. If you’re a phone call phenom, enjoy connecting with current and potential partners, can’t wait to catch the next big fish, and get animated (dance party anyone?) every time you see a “sold” sign, our client wants to chat with you!

Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, sell, and close client accounts.
- Meet quarterly and annual acquisition and revenue targets.
- Engage and maintain perspective client relationships throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
- Provide engaging and consultative solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct one-on-ones and team meetings with sales reps..
- Scout out potential clients and new opportunities for existing clients.
- Compile forecasting and sales reports on a regular basis.
- Maintain prospective and current customer database.
- Strategize with the marketing team to identify new ways to engage current and potential customers utilizing sales and customer data.
- Develop sales strategies and determine sales goals.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years proven experience managing and directing a sales team in video telematics and or telecommunications.
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Effective at expanding customer outreach.
- Successful at managing individual and team goals to exceed quotas.
- Experience planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Experience working with a CRM system.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and effectively manage time.
- Desire to always deliver amazing customer experiences.
- Bilingual English/Spanish (this is a plus, but not necessary).
- Willing to travel.
