Senior Freight Forwarding Sales Executive
Reporting to Country Manager, the Senior Freight Forwarding Sales Executive
is responsible for acquiring and growing clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Seek out new clients through prospecting and networking.
  • Contribute to the identification of specific business opportunities and participate in the development of new or modified service offerings.
  • Establish executive-level relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Be responsible for engaging other offices in the company's Network and developing routine business on regular basis.
  • Coordinate with all business functions (marketing, sales, and operations) to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Price and negotiate our client’s products and services.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Ensure that cooperating with Operations conforms to laws, policies, rules, and regulations of the relevant authorities and the company.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Follow-up for collection of payment.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Should be legally authorized to work in the United States
Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years in customer-facing role in the import/freight forwarding industry.
