Logistics Coordinator
Our client is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to add to their expanding team. This position will be responsible for tracking daily shipments, sourcing new freight and warehouse partners, as well as other duties assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Compile daily rate requests from established freight partners.
• Assist with troubleshooting pick-up and delivery delays.
• Responsible for monthly reporting to vendors.
• Preparing purchase orders and building shipments in customized software.
• Request bills of lading and other sales information related to shipments.
• Various data entry and accounting tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience booking carriers required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Works well under pressure and stress.
• Team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
