Logistics Business Development Executive
Our client is seeking account representatives who enjoy meeting people, traveling and building relationships. They offer a fun career focused on growth. Target markets include commercial printers, entertainment industry, high tech industry, law firms, aerospace, medical and numerous other high-profile industries. This is a promotable position. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to explore management positions if desired. 

Responsibilities:
  • Sell logistics services to customers with diverse logistical needs.
  • Grow the business primarily through generating sales leads, soliciting new accounts through phone calls, face to face zoom meetings and presentations.
  • Increase the services provided to current customers.
  • Engage in daily contact with customers of various sizes, building relationships, problem solving and assessing their needs.

Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Must have experience selling/business development preferably in the logistics industry (air/ ground freight international & domestic markets etc.)
  • Ability to promote excellence by providing superior service to each customer.
  • Creative networking and confident cold calling skills.
  • The ability to create sales and close opportunities with professionalism.
  • A highly motivated team player.
  • Effective appointment setting skills via email and phone.

This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission.
