Director of Operations - FF&E
Our client is looking for an executive who will continue to build their Operations capability to support the company’s future growth. This position will be responsible for Operations, Sales Support and Client Technology. This role is a key leadership role and reports to the President of the company. This individual will help continue to improve our client’s operational excellence with real focus on growing their team, processes, and technology. A key priority of this role is to streamline and automate processes and find efficiencies. 

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure operational excellence by continuously evaluating and improving processes while setting goals, objectives and KPI’s for the organization.
  • Lead the operations team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and human resources needs to achieve growth objectives.  
  • Utilize technology to make the organization effective in needed customer needs, including planning and budget enhancement and expansion of current technology for future needs of the organization.
  • Understand client needs and ensure technology and operations team delivers and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Establish a strong relationship with our client’s current Sales organization to ensure estimating and pricing is accurate and profitable in supporting sales initiatives.
  • Set KPI’s/financial goals for the operations organization to measure our client’s effectiveness.
  • Model and champion our client’s culture.

Experience:
  • BA/BS degree advanced degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 15-years of experience in B2B services.  
  • Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) industry required.
  • Proven track record of managing an operations team.
  • Ability to coordinate internal team members to create solutions for customers.  
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Willing to travel.
