Director of Fleet Sales
This role’s primary focus is to build relationships with small, medium and large transportation companies across Canada. You will be responsible for marketing our client’s products and services to these fleets, negotiating and closing deals. You will also be tasked with building a team of sales executives across Canada. Our client is looking for an individual that is highlight-motivated and ready for the next step in their career. 

Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business as a result of heavy direct communications with existing customer base.
  • Solicit new customers/fleets to participate in our leasing/rental programs. 
  • Hire and manage personal with the ability to grow and service the business nationally.
  • Build a strong sales and marketing program to help push our client’s offering to fleets across the country.
  • Work with senior leadership to set business growth goals and targets.
  • Gain a solid understanding of how the back-office functions work within the organization.

Experience:
  • College diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of such fields as sales, marketing, business administration, finance, etc.
  • Must have equipment sales and/or leasing experience.
  • 5+ years of equipment sales or equipment leasing experience.
  • Proven track record.
  • Experience in people management and development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driven, enthusiastic, resilient, agile and highly motivated.
  • Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Detail oriented and ability to multitask.

This position offers a competitive base salary.
