Director of Brokerage Sales (Remote)
This position will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential brokerage accounts, conducting cold calls and traveling to visit prospective customers as needed, and developing and growing customer relationships.

Job Type: Full-Time /Work From Home

Responsibilities:
Brokerage Sales 
  • Identify and call on all potential brokerage accounts in the targeted area. 
  • Travel when necessary. 
  • Cold call potential customers- face to face and over the phone. 
  • Secure meetings with the decision makers and influencers at potential brokerage accounts. 
Dedicated Sales 
  • Develop relationships with key target customers to help promote the company’s dedicated fleet. 
  • Schedule meetings with key decision makers. 
  • Deliver a proposal presentation to the potential dedicated customers. 
  • Be a trusted advisor to key transportation managers to help them with their sustainability. 
Marketing Function 
  • Help create marketing material for brokerage and dedicated sales.
  • Coordinate delivery of marketing material to potential brokerage and dedicated customers. 
  • Provide direction on technology needed to be competitive in the brokerage and dedicated market.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience with a proven track record and able to provide verifiable references. 
  • Ability to work hand-in-hand with inside sales/customer service team. 
  • Strong computer/PC skills (Gmail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
