Our client is a representative logistics solution providing a full range of services
in long and short distance freight, specialty haulage, and management of dry freights.

Account Executive- Logistics Sales
You will be responsible for building and managing a book of business and
proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention while continuously hunting and closing new business. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas and loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market. You will be provided Operational support with a dedicated Client Operations person to assist with scheduling, quoting, building loads, and supporting day-to-day client requests. You will also be provided with a floor of Carrier Sales reps with a combined experience of 20+ years amongst the 7 of them. All new reps go through a rigorous training program, and they have a manager solely focused on carrier compliance to avoid potential service failures

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Willing to make cold calls and accept rejection to get to success.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to quoting.
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.
  • Present services to prospective clients.
  • Provide professional after-sales support when necessary to enhance the customers’ dedication.
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
Experience:
  •  3+ Years in Logistics is required.

This position offers a competitive base salary.
