3PL Outside Sales Executive
This individual will be responsible for driving business growth by
effectively developing a pipeline of potential customers in conjunction with the ideal customer profile of the business.

Job Type: Full-time/Work from home

Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategy for effective leads, prospecting, and client solicitation while ensuring appropriate allocation of people resources to manage accounts and freight movement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients nationwide.
  • Manage individual sales and revenue growth.
  • Provide exceptional service to all clients.
  • Establish and monitor personal development plans that include pipeline management to promote and measure the effective utilization of sales planning tools.
  • Analyze the market and competition to understand the transportation industry and adapt business strategy to achieve competitive advantage.
  • Provide quotes for current and prospective clients.
  • Maintain sales and growth-oriented mindset associated with organic growth.
  • Perform analytical and logistics planning to proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions.
Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience within the logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Successful track record of building relationships with key stakeholders.
This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission.
