Recruiting Coordinator: 
The Recruiting Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting our team of twelve internal recruiters. As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be expected to think strategically and creatively to utilize our internal and external resources to make the best candidate/ job matches. Our fast paced recruiting team will rely on this position to bring qualified candidates to the table while preparing them for the submittal process along the way. 

Responsibilities: 
•    Assisting the recruiting team with day-to-day activities 
•    Database management (SalesForce)
o    Keeping the database up to date
o    Ensuring accuracies within the database 
•    Assisting in the sourcing of potential candidates 
o    Create job descriptions for every open position to share with candidates 
o    Posting jobs via various sources, including website, blog, college portal sites, etc. 
•    Candidate Management 
o    Scheduling interviews in CSR interview calendar 
o    Preparing candidate packets to present to the client in CSR template 
o    Confirming interview time and information with candidates and clients daily 
•    Email blasts/ newsletters
o    The Loaded Mile: a newsletter sent every quarter intended for candidates and clients 
o    The AFRO: A weekly newsletter sent on Friday’s for the team with a recap of weeks activities
o    Email Blasts: occasionally design and send email blasts for events  
o    Create a report for Monday morning meetings including previous weeks interviews, placements, and new jobs added to the queue 
•    Maintain internal documents: 
o    Continuous monitoring of Sourcing Guidelines doc containing important sourcing information 
o    Keep track of candidate start dates and send newly placed candidates wine at the beginning of their start week 
o    Update weekly sheets with new job information 
•    LinkedIn Maintenance: 
o    Post jobs per recruiter request 
o    Update company page 3 times per week with industry articles, job tips, and various related info 
•    Office Assistant Responsibilities: 
o    Plan office events, including summer and winter outings 
o    Keep track of employee milestones, including anniversaries, birthdays, etc. 
o    Order office supplies (notebooks, post-its, silverware, plates, napkins, coffee, etc.) 

Experience: 
•    Bachelor’s Degree required 
•    Experience supporting an office environment preferred 
•    Strong organizational skills needed 
•    Ability to communicate with C-Level execs down to entry level candidates
